Parents of the Year Award goes to...

...Matt and Erin Haynie. Yes, we just took Jonah to the doctor after 2 weeks of him complaining about his elbow hurting. He told us he had jammed it at a friends house jumping from a tree to the trampoline. So after 2 weeks, we took him in and found out he has a broken elbow! UGH! It wasn't swollen or even bruised so we thought it was a bruised muscle. During those 2 weeks, Jonah pitched 2 games and played 1st base in 7 games. Oh my, we feel awful. The good news is that Jonah only has to wear a sleeve (not a cast) for 2-3 weeks. The bad news is he can't play baseball for 2-3 weeks. That's especially sad for a boy who eats and sleeps baseball.
